Is There A Rush Order AT Eastbay?

Yes, there is an express or rush delivery at Eastbay. If you want to receive your order the next day, you need to place it on a business day ( (Monday-Friday) prior to 1 p.m. (CST), subject to complete verification.

If you place a rush order after 1 p.m. (CST), Eastbay will ship it the following business day and is still subject to complete verification. If you place an order on the weekend, it will be shipped on the next business day. 

Remember, the delivery time starts once your package has left the distribution center and not after placing the order. Also, business days do not include weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or US holidays.

Lastly, Rush order is applied to only 2 delivery services: 1 business day and 2 business days.

How Do I Start A Return Or Exchange At Eastbay?

If the item you bought from Eastbay isn’t exactly what you expected, don’t worry. You can return it for a refund or exchange.

You can return it to the store or by mail; just make sure it is within 90 days after your purchase to qualify for a return. Next, it must be in new condition and repackaged in the original tags.

Finally, make sure you include all tags and packaging materials.

The return shipping is free for U.S orders. Once you’re ready, fill out this form to initiate a return. 

Here is some other information you should know about returning a product to Eastbay: 

  • COD returns are not accepted

Can I Return Used Cleats And Spikes At Eastbay?

Yes, you can. Eastbay allows you to see and try how your cleats and spikes perform with the option to return them through the Eastbay Test Run Program.

The shop knows how important performance is when it comes to cleats or spikes, which is why it allows customers to return worn or broken-in softball, football, baseball, lacrosse, and soccer cleats, as well as track and gold spikes, within 30 days of purchase.

Once you’ve returned an item, you will be refunded with an e-Gift Card sent to your email address. 

Important note: Be sure to check out the full return policy to find how to return your spikes or cleats. Only products purchased through Eastbay.com and returned through the Returns/Exchanges system online qualify for this program. Unfortunately, items bought and returned in an Eastbay retail store do not apply. 

Can I Receive A Sale Price Adjustment On A Previous Purchase At Eastbay?

Yes, you can receive a price adjustment on a previous purchase at Eastbay.

The store will be happy to give you the adjustment within 10 days of the order date for any item that has a price reduction.

For example, if the shoes you bought drop their price 4 days after your purchase, you can request adjustments.

However, the store won’t honor price adjustments after 10 days or the sale expiration date.

Can I Change Or Cancel An Order At Eastbay?

Unfortunately, once you place your order at Eastbay, there’s no way for you or them to modify or cancel it. This is because orders are automatically processed after you press “Place Order.”

If you need to exchange or change your order, return it right after you receive the item. If you need to add another item to your order, just place another order.
