Most of us use phone cameras for our pictures these days however there is still a place left in the world for disposable cameras, they haven’t completely disappeared yet!
If you have a disposable camera that you need to get developed you can take it to any Walmart that has a Photo Centre.
To check if your Walmart has a photo centre simply use the Walmart store finder, click on your store in the left-hand menu, then select ‘details‘, the press ‘more‘ ‘next to services at this store’, scroll down and you should see a list of all the in store services hopefully including the Photo Centre.
If you don’t see it initially scroll down and press ‘See all‘ to make sure.
In the Walmart Photo Centre you will find a film development order form, fill this out and place it inside the provided envelope along with the camera, then put the envelope inside the ‘Film develop & print’ dropbox.
Price Of Getting A Disposable Camera Developed At Walmart
The cost of getting your disposable camera prints developed at Walmart depends on how many prints you need and whether you want doubles or singles.
|12 Exposures||24 Exposures||27 Exposures||36 Exposures|
These are all printed at the standard 4″ x 6″ size. If you need larger sizes printing you can expect to pay quite a bit more.
Be aware Walmart will not return your negatives, so if you need them we recommend you go somewhere else.
How Long Will It Take To Get A Disposable Camera Developed At Walmart?
Walmart does not develop film on-site, instead their photo centres send them out to third-party operators, so you will have to wait a while for your photos to be returned.
It typically takes 6 days for your film to be developed and returned, ready for pickup.
However, if you drop your film off after 9 am it may take 7 days to process as you are likely to miss the morning pickup.
If you drop your film off at 8:30 am on Monday morning you will be able to pick it up from 5pm Sunday evening:

|Pick Up From:||5pm||Sunday||Monday||Tuesday||Wednesday||Thursday||Friday||Saturday|
